Utilised to find the best railway alignment between two points, taking into consideration relevant project constraints such as environmentally sensitive locations or interfaces to existing roads, railways and waterways.
Utilising the coordinates and bearing of two points (e.g. Railway Stations), the tool will test millions of potential routes and assess them against a set of criteria, including cost estimates using construction quantities such as earthworks volumes, retaining walls, viaducts and tunnels.
